• Exchange: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange any goods bought from www.artiekids.co.uk. To initiate an exchange, please ensure you have the purchase receipts and product tags intact, and there are no signs of product usage. Contact our customer support team for assistance.
• Return: Similarly, all items purchased from www.artiekids.co.uk can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. For a successful return, retain the purchase receipts and product tags, ensuring the items show no signs of usage. Reach out to our customer support team to facilitate the return process.
• Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before delivery by the courier. Once delivered, the goods can be returned or exchanged as per the guidelines outlined above. Items must be in perfect condition with the original tags intact.
• Defective Items: In the rare event of receiving a defective item, please notify our Customer Service team promptly at support@artiekids.co.uk.
• Reimbursement: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order within 7 to 14 business days after the returned parcel is received at our warehouse.
• Sale Items: Yes, sale items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
