Can I return my order?

Yes, of course. You have 30 days to return it from the day you receive the order. Bear in mind that there are some items that cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. To obtain further information of the return process please go to returns.

 

Do I need to register an account with Artie Shop to make a purchase?

No, you can also place your order as a Guest. 

What does an Artie Shop account allow me to do?

Creating an Artie account grants you access to features like wishlists, order history, refunds, gift cards, and managing personal details.

I have forgotten the password to my Artie Shop account. How can I get a new one?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, modifications are not possible. Please contact us immediately via support@artiekids.co.uk after placing your order; our Customer Service team will advise you on the possibility of cancellation. Please note, during peak periods, response times may be slightly delayed.

How will I know if my order is being processed?

You'll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. If any products are unavailable, we'll promptly inform you.

Can I exchange an item from my order?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. For assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.
